We had an absolutely wonderful time with Jon. Not only did he take us to
many spectacular places he also knew about the local community and had a lot of fun stuff to
tell. We can only recommend this three days tour. We got much more than ex..pected.Read full review
Bindlestiffs 3 Day National Park Tour was one of the best experiences during our four week trip to North America! Especially because of our awesome guide Jon, who has a incredible knowledge. He told the group a lot of interesting stories ab..out his country and personal experiences. Even on longer bus rides it never got boring with him.
We loved the unique nature and spending time in the National Parks. The tour was organized very well.Though we only had three days, the time was filled with one of a kind experiences. In most of the parks we had two to three hours to discover the area by ourselves. The optional tour in Antelope Canyon was lead by a local guide and lasted about an hour. In Monument Valley a fun and informative Jeep-Tour with a local Navajo guide was included. After that we had a traditional dinner at a Navajo family's home which
was one of my favorite stops because we got a chance to see how some of the locals live.
During this tour my sister and I slept in a tent for the first time. I needed some time to get used to it (I slept better the second night :D) but it was totally worth it! The view from the campground in Monument Valley was just breathtaking! The supplied tents were spacious and easy to put up, the campgrounds and washing facilities were clean.
I can highly recommend this tour and wish I could do it again someday!

The trip overall was great! We got picked up at the Red Lion Hotel in Renton at 8:15am and our driver/ tour guide was on time. That’s always a plus. We stopped by Safeway Grocery Store to get snacks and lunch for the day about 30 mins in..to the drive. From there it took about 1 hour and 30 mins to get up to Mt. Rainier. We first stopped at Narcada Falls and had the opportunity to see a beautiful waterfall. After we drove a little bit more to Paradise which we were given 2 hours or so to hike, eat, get warm and visit the visitor center. After we stop by another area in the park because we were good on time. We arrived at the park around 11:00am and left around 3pm. Got back to Seattle around 5pm. Overall great day! It was very cold. 30 degrees fahrenheit cold! Dress Warm!Read full review
This trip was exceptionally great. One to put on your bucket list.
Mike, our guide was particularly professional in the way he communicated
with the group including 3 teenagers.
His manner was easy going yet he got all information across to.. us with any
silly jokes but yet was humorous. No loud shouting or load music.
Just perfect in my sons and my opinion.Read full review
Bad customer services.
My family and I took a tour from Los Angeles to San Francisco on 30 April 2018.
1. Guided tours were not helpful. Information such as history/background of the city/attractions and any information of general interest.. were not given to us.
2. We knew the tour was in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, however, not only us but also the rest of the English speaking people in the tour felt disappointed as guided tour spoke much more time in those languages than English
3. We paid $30.00 for a tour in San Francisco, which we regret as it was not informative.
4. The last day of the tour was the worst day of our trip. The air-con had stopped working. The bus was full of passengers and was hard to breath, there were many people complaining. I also called to this number 323 261 8811 to ask solutions. The only response was to give us ice-cubes.
I sent and email and pics about the issue in the bus and we are still waiting the response.Read full review
I am happy to express my gratitude for the wonderful 3 day tour I did
with my two children (10 and 14). We had a great adventure through the most fascinating
National Parks.
Our tour guide, Evan, was amazing. He has an incredible knowledge ..of history, geography and
he made the driving parts interesting and fun.
The whole organization was perfect. Driving, stops, picnics, time at the parks.... We were a
group of 12 and Evan made us all feel comfortable and welcome. He was always helpful, polite,
kind even after a long and tiring day.
The camping was great, the equipment perfectly fine, in good condition.
Thank you, Evan for creating a memorable and beautiful experience.Read full review

100% 7 Day National Parks Private Tour with Rachel. Sensational Trip!!!
By: Anonymous | Mon Aug 20, 2018 at 12.00 AM
From the time we first contacted Rachel, right through to the very end of our
trip, we had such a personal, professional, friendly, informative and thoroughly enjoyable
experience. Rachel customised this tour based on what we wanted to see ..but made very
valuable suggestions re the split between camping and hotel options and the timing of the
activities and sights we saw on the trip. The end result was one of the most amazing touring
experiences our family (incl. kids aged 9 & 10) have ever had.
We enjoyed commentary of the areas we drove through, several stops off the beaten path that
we'd never have found or known about without Rachel's insight and even road games with the
kids as well as Smores by the campfire, which the kids loved.. Rachel's thoughtful attention to
detail in picking up passing comments and turning them into further opportunities to enhance
our holiday experience added another personal touch that we really appreciated. An example of
this was Rachel observing our interest in the 4th July decorations ready for the celebrations the
next day. A couple of phone calls later and we were able to stay on in Page, Arizona to join in
the fun.
The tour vehicle was roomy, comfortable and clean and the hotels we stayed at were all lovely,
well located with full amenities including a pool.
A few of our many memorable highlights on this tour include Rachel securing a prime camp spot
for our stay in Monument Valley, right in front of the monuments where we were able to see the
sunrise with unimpeded views, swimming in Lake Powell, guided Navajo tour through Antelope
Canyon, hiking below the rim into the Grand Canyon, a horse trail ride down into the floor of
Bryce Canyon, visiting Horseshoe Bend and the kids completing their Junior Ranger Programs
in Bryce and Grand Canyon National Parks.
Rachel's knowledge of the South-West is immense and it's easy to see she thoroughly enjoys
what she does. So proactive and enthusiastic, her energy was infectious making us eager to try
things we might not have thought of. We would thoroughly recommend it if you're
considering venturing to this part of the USA.Read full review
We all enjoyed this trip. The scenery from Helicopter and Boat is fantastic. The Skywalk showed us 720-degree breathtaking views of one of nature's most fantastic landscapes. We all had fun. Thank you.
We accessed interpretive information, photos, videos, text and tour narration via a downloadable app in Grand Canyon National Park. We knew everything about Grand Canyon National Park. This trip worth it.
