Welcome to Canada! Embark on your snowy journey on the VIA Rail Canada - The Canadian from the port city of Vancouver. 

Your train departs at 3:00 PM. Please arrive at least one hour early to exchange your ticket and prepare for boarding.

- Each passenger may check up to two free pieces of luggage, each weighing a maximum of 23 kg and with combined dimensions not exceeding 158 cm. One carry-on item is allowed, with a -maximum weight of 11.5 kg and dimensions of 43x15x33 cm.

Arrive Jasper National Park - Free time in Jasper

Along an 800-kilometer route, marvel at the breathtaking winter scenery of the Rocky Mountains. Traveling amidst snow-capped peaks and frozen waterfalls, a pristine sky stretches over gleaming glaciers. As writers and poets have described, "The Rockies are a temple of reverence, a place to cleanse the soul." As the sun sets and night falls, you'll drift off to sleep surrounded by untouched wilderness.

At approximately 11:00 AM, you'll arrive at Jasper Station. Please proceed to your hotel for check-in (we'll confirm the hotel name and directions before departure).

Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM. If early check-in isn't available, you may store your luggage at the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

Maligne Canyon Icewalk: (Approximately 3 hours, booking requires a minimum age of 6 or older) Led by professional English-speaking guides, explore the deepest canyon in Jasper National Park, where you'll discover frozen waterfalls, ice caves, and incredible ice formations. Learn about Jasper's Maligne Valley, karst topography, and the mystery of the "disappearing" Medicine Lake. This trip is an excellent choice for those who do not ski or snowboard.

Wildlife Discovery Tour: (Approximately 3 hours, booking requires a minimum age of 6 or older) Led by professional English-speaking guides, embark on a journey to spot the most iconic wildlife in the park. Jasper is home to a wide variety of animals, big and small! Elk, deer, bighorn sheep, mountain goats, coyotes, wolves, and even caribou are just a sample of the diverse wildlife population in Jasper. Learn how these animals contribute to the diversity of the national park and how they survive in the mountainous winter terrain. Typically, photography is done from the safety of the vehicle or from the ground while maintaining a safe distance from the animals. Jasper National Park is not a zoo but a wildlife sanctuary. Please gather in the hotel lobby in the morning, between 8:00 to 8:30 AM, and wait for the Jasper-Lake Louise intercity bus to depart for Lake Louise. Travel along the Icefields Parkway, which has been recognized as one of the "Top Ten Scenic Drives in the World" by National Geographic Magazine. Along the way, the landscape is adorned in a stunning winter coat, creating a breathtaking sight. Arrive at Lake Louise around noon, where the winter snow adds a touch of fairy tale charm. After being dropped off at the hotel, the afternoon is free for your leisure activities.

    Travel Notice
    • If your itinerary includes airport pick-up and drop-off service, please provide accurate flight information and arrive at the designated pick-up location in advance.     • During your trip, there may be different vehicles and tour guides serving you. 
    • If for any reason you need to leave our group during the trip, you must fill out a “Letter of Liability Release”, no exceptions.
    • Guests under 16 years old, must be accompanied by an adult (Age 18 or above). 
    • In the event of traffic, weather, or other circumstances not under our company's control, or if you are unable to participate in activities included in the itinerary due to personal reasons, no refunds will be given. 
    • If you have special needs (such as but not limited to: bed type, vegetarian options, high-chairs, etc.) please inform us at least 7 days before your trip. We will do our best to accommodate you, but there is no guarantee. 
    • In the Rockies, there's ample sunshine and usually high levels of Ultraviolet rays (UV rays) that may cause sunburn, so proper sun protection will be needed. The region has a dry climate and body lotion is one of the must-haves when traveling. 
    • When encountering wild animals, feeding is prohibited; In the case of large animals, do not leave the vehicle and approach. 
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms and throughout the hotel. Violation of the rules will result in a fine of $300 CAD or more. 
    • Within the national parks, please note smoking is permitted in certain areas only. Please follow the rules and do not litter cigarette butts. Please make sure that they're fully out in case of a fire hazard.  
    • Please note that hotels in the Rocky Mountains area are mostly 3-4 story wooden structures. Some hotels do not have elevators. 
    • For environmental protection, Rocky Mountains area hotels are not provided with toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, comb; Only shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided. 
    • Most hotel rooms are not equipped with kettles. If you need hot water for drinking, please ask the hotel's front desk for assistance. If no kettle can be provided, please use the coffee machine properly as instructed. 
    • There is no "hot (boiling)" drinking water at the attractions, if necessary, please prepare it yourself before departure. 
    • Canadian voltage power is 110V, and the electrical socket is a three-pin plug: the upper one is round, and the lower two are flat and parallel. 
    • Don't forget to bring your camera and enjoy your journey! 
  • Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.

    1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.

Train tickets can be upgraded to berth or cabin. As prices for berth and cabin accommodations may vary, please inquire about current rates from customer service. Payment must be made when booking as part of a group, and fees paid are non-refundable.
1. The price for a single room refers to the cost for one person occupying a standard hotel room.
2. The prices for double, triple, or quadruple rooms refer to the cost for two, three, or four people sharing a standard hotel room.
3. Triple and quadruple rooms will have two beds and do not offer additional bed services.
4. Hotel star ratings: There are no official hotel star rating standards in North America; the hotels included in the itinerary are all local brand hotels.
5. Standard double rooms in North American hotels come with either one large bed or two beds. If you have specific bed preferences, please let us know at the time of booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

    1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
    2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
    3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
    4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
